Ingredients

  • Greek yogurt or plain yogurt

  • Fresh fruits (berries, banana, mango, apple, or seasonal fruit)

  • Granola or toasted oats

  • Honey or maple syrup (optional)

  • Nuts or seeds (optional)

    How to make

    • Wash and chop all fruits into bite-size pieces

    • In a glass or bowl, add a layer of yogurt

    • Add a layer of fruit

    • Sprinkle a layer of granola

    • Repeat layers until the glass or bowl is full

    • Drizzle with honey or maple syrup if desired

    • Top with nuts or seeds for extra crunch
